FREIGHT ON HIGH SPEED 1 - THREE WEEKS CONSULTATION IS NOTHING LIKE ENOUGH TIME
RFG has written to Secretary of State for Transport, Andrew Adonis, and HS1 saying that three weeks consultation on freight access charges and rights is unacceptable. They must stick to the Cabinet Office Guidelines of 12 weeks.
